Segmentation Wizard
Dragonfly’s Segmentation Wizard provides an easy-to-use, guided workflow for implementing powerful deep learning and classical machine learning segmentation of multi-dimensional images. With the Segmentation Wizard, you simply paint the different features of interest within a limited subset of your image data and then train models according to a predefined set of rules. The most promising model can then be fine-tuned and published for repeated segmentation tasks.
The Segmentation Wizard requires a Deep Learning license. Refer to the topic Licenses for information about the availability of the optional features for Dragonfly.
